Who is the “we” referenced throughout this site? Well, it’s myself, Dita, and Doug. FSK9 is my passion project, but the work wouldn’t be possible without their support. She keeps your pet on their toes. He is an extra set of eyes, and helps keep your pet company.

If you’ve been lucky enough to have such a deep connection and strong bond with your pet, then you know how much Ellie changed my life. She wasn’t a pet; she was my soul dog & my world. I worked with her on managing reactivity and resource guarding, which sparked my interest in dog training. I’m working towards becoming a CATCH Certified Professional Dog Trainer, so in my free time I can help others find ways to mitigate similar challenges. I also volunteer weekly at a nearby animal shelter. I want every animal to love their life, and live it to the fullest extent.

I’m experienced with positive-reinforcement based training. This is also a judgement-free zone. I’m not anti-tools, as long as they’re used ethically, correctly, and as a last resort. I’m able to appropriately care for, and safely handle reactive & fearful dogs, strong leash-pullers, and animals that may have special needs or are managing an illness. (Feel free to ask me about my personal experience!) I love having dogs stay over in our home & getting to know all their different personalities. I accept 1 dog to board at a time, or multiple same-household dogs, so it will be as close as possible to their home away from home.
